1. Replacement/Refund Window:

Requests for replacement or refund must be made strictly within 72 working hours from the date of delivery. After this period, neither Core Team nor Core Mart shall be held responsible for any refund or replacement.

All replacements will only be processed in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms. Core Team does not provide any warranty or guarantee beyond what is offered by the original manufacturer.

2. No Returns for Preference or Usage:

Please note that returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted if the product is:

• Used, or
• Returned due to personal preference or change of mind.

In such cases, Core Team and Core Mart shall not be liable for any exchange, return, or refund.
